President and CEO Charles F. Jones spent thirty years in sales and management in the computer industry, while pursuing woodworking and stained glass as a hobby and creative outlet. When the opportunity to join Decora Door came, he and his wife, Marcy, became the marketing end of the business, eventually acquiring 100% of the company after the death of the founder, John Smith.

For the last fifteen years, Doors by Decora has shown a steady growth and competes on a national level in the custom entryway market.
